Terms of sale

These terms govern orders placed on zenqor.qa or in our showrooms with ZENQOR Trading ([CR number], Doha, Qatar). Placing an order means you accept them.

Orders & confirmation

• An order is confirmed when you receive an order number (S-number) on screen and by email.
• All prices are in Qatari Riyal (QAR). Qatar currently applies no VAT; if that changes, taxes will show at checkout.
• We may contact you to verify large or unusual orders before dispatch.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the driver on receipt.
• Bank transfer: dispatch happens after funds arrive; details come with your confirmation.
• Trade accounts may be approved for credit terms under a separate agreement.

Delivery & risk

• Delivery timings are estimates (see our Delivery & pickup page).
• Risk passes to you on delivery or showroom collection.
• Please inspect on receipt and report visible damage within [48 hours].

E-mobility compliance

E-scooters and e-bikes must be operated per Qatari traffic regulations. Riders are responsible for lawful use, protective equipment, and rider-age requirements.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar; disputes fall to the courts of Qatar.
